Custom European License Plates LLC guarantees your satisfaction. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products that they purchase through this site. We must, however, for our own protection and to keep our prices low, state to you our terms of acceptable returns. Please read through these terms before ordering.
Items must be returned in original condition
We are not able to accept for return, warranty service, replacement, refund, etc. any products which have been abused, modified, improperly installed, mishandled, improperly maintained or damaged (in return shipping or otherwise). Any products returned to us for exchange or replacement must be received in perfectly resalable condition with all original packaging. Exchanges or refund requests will be denied in all cases where non-resalable merchandise is received. Due to the unique nature of some of our products, returns will only be accepted for defects on custom products. This includes license plates with custom text. If there is a manufacturing defect or damage, we will gladly remake your custom plate free of charge.
While Custom European License Plates LLC does not refund the cost of shipping for items returned to us for any reason, we do offer you a discount on your next order as compensation.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Our quality inspection and packing methods are such that we protect our product while in transit and so that all items that ship are in good, working order, however, rough handling by shipping companies occasionally causes damage to products. In cases like these, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will then ship you a new plate ASAP. Plate text change is not permitted on replacement plates.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS
Since your license plates are custom made for you we can not accept returns under any circumstances. We will offer you a discount on your next order as compensation.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
Products are shipped as soon as possible once an order is received. You will receive a notification email once your order is placed to let you know when your order should ship although most products ship on the morning of the same business day if the order is received before 2pm EST. Once shipped, delivery times can vary depending on location. Delivery is typically 5-7 business days for the USA and most of Canada or as many as 2-5 weeks for the rest of the world. Due to the difficulties with the recent terrorist attacks, some packages may be delayed at the border. If you have not received your item within 2 weeks from the date your product was confirmed to ship (not the date you paid) please notify us using the CONTACT US button on the website or by replying to one of our confirmation emails. We will then send a try to locate your shipment and send a replacement package if necessary. Plate text change is not permitted on replacement plates. If we should get your package because of an incorrect shipping address customer is liable for additional shipping charges after verification of the correct address.

We always treat our customers with respect and conduct our business in a professional manner and we expect the same from our customers. Messages containing swearing, vulgarities, threats, insults, or any other impolite or unprofessional content will be deleted without a response.
