All of our standard Euro plates ship with a FREE mounting frame but you may also order an extra one if needed. No need to drill holes in the frame, installs easily on any car! Has hole patterns to match most existing mounting locations you may have in your bumper.
This frame only fits plates 4.4 inches high x 20.5 inches wide.

I like the plate and it’s a good quality. It was unclear that it was not coming with hardy. The free mount is very flimsy. I hope it lasts.
