Bag of screws contains 4 screws, colored caps and washers.  If you are going to drill holes in your Euro license plate then this is mounting option for you.  The colored caps cover the screw to give a cleaner look.  These are also a great option for mounting our license plate frames to your bumper. Our universal mounting frames have a ton of mounting hole locations that these screws work great in.
