I’ve ordered 3 custom plates and I messed up on the spelling of one of the orders. The Customer service team emailed me first to ask if I could confirm that my order was accurate. After reviewing it a second time, I caught the mistake I made. I explained it to the service rep and they were able to deliver exactly what I wanted.
